Here are some questions:
1.What is full form of CMDB and what is it?
2.What is CMDB Baseline?
3. How you are creating CI records in cmdb?
4. Do you have any integrations with cmdb?
5. Have you implemented discovery?
6. Have you stop inserting duplicate in cmdb?
7. what is Identification API and Reconciliation API?
Please mark as Correct Answer and Helpful, if applicable.

1. Configuration management database (CMDB) is a database that contains all relevant information about the hardware and software components used in an organization's IT services and the relationships between those components
2. CMDB baselines provides capabilities that help you to understand and control the changes that have been made to your configuration items. You can create a baseline, which is a snapshot of your configuration items.
3. CI's can be created manully, using import set utilities, creating service catalog for CI creation or using various cmdb integrations like sccm, obs etc.

7.The IdentificationEngineScriptableApi uses the Identification and Reconciliation framework to minimize creation of duplicate CIs and to reconcile CI attributes by only accepting information from authorized data sources when updating the CMDB.
