What class is used for Integration/Interfaces in cmdb?

We are using the oob classes and need to find a class which represents the integration dependancy between two systems

example we have application 1 that integrates with system 2 - we want to record that integration be it whether it is a FTP transfer, type of webservice such as fusion or email dependancies etc. We would like to just have this all under one Class with an attribute identifying what type of Integration it is, would like to know suggestions on what other people are using.

Also we require another Class that describes the link to external sources that we dont manage (would this be an endpoint?) example our Rating application has connections externally to the Bank of Qld   or Australia Post etc.   Would like to know suggestions on what other people are using?

In the past I have created a new cmdb ci class call cmdb_ci_integration - there is an out of box Interface CI that you can use as well.

Hi Akash - thanks for your reply - do you know what is the OOB Interface CI called as I cannot find it? I am on version Geneva.

adawson:   The table is called - cmdb_ci_interface.

You may have to enable the Extended CMDB plugin to get the table.

Hi Akash,

By any chance you know which plugin we need to enable?
