I am getting confused between catalog item and it's types.
There are some terms associated with service catalog that are really hard to differentiate.
I need answers for the following questions:
1) Are Catalog Items and Service Requests the same thing? ( if not please explain the difference).
2) Explain the types of catalog item.
2) Specify the type of catalog item in the below screenshot.
