@Mention Functionality notification not added in activity stream

Hi Everyone,

I have a concern regarding the @mention functionality notification. It's not being added to the activity stream. The comment is being added but unlike the other notifications, it's not being logged into the activity stream. Is there a way I can add this to the activity stream? Please see attached image. It should have the same logs as the highlighted one. The subject is "You have been mentioned in FIN0063844". But as of now, only the other notifications are being added to the activity stream. Can you recommend something or have you worked on a similar case? Thanks!

I think you would need to make sure that the user can read the record. Otherwise, it's not going to notify them.

Hi @Community Alums , the notification is being sent and received by the user. My only concern is that the sent notification is not being logged into the activity stream. Thank you.

Make sure that send/receive option should be true in the configure activity stream.

Also check following thing.

navigate to System Properties > UI Properties. Locate the property labeled List of roles (comma separated) that can view emails in the Activity Formatter when "Sent/Received Emails" are included.

@Community Alums unfortunately we don't have that field. Maybe because we are using custom tables and scoped applications.
