Notification lead time - this is the number agenda items in advance of a particular user's change request. Users can use the Notify me option on agenda items if they want to be notified before that item starts. By setting a Notification lead time on the CAB meeting definition, the timing of that notification can be adjusted to be sent 1, 2, 3, etc. agenda items in advance of the one the user has selected for notification.
Complete pre-approved changes - when you set up a list of CAB agenda items, you can include Pre-approved changes if you want them to be there just for visibility purposes. By selecting this option, you can have their associated agenda entries marked as complete automatically without needing approvers to review them.
Auto Add Agenda Decisions - within the CAB workbench, during a meeting you can use the Meeting Notes feature to document and capture notes. By checking the box on this feature, the decisions (Approve, Reject) will automatically get logged into the Meeting Notes. They are captured in the format: (CAB Automation) - <change request number> - <decision> - <CAB Manager name> - <time><AM/PM> <timezone>
Hope this is helps.
