What is the procedure to move Flow to another instance?

I want to move the Flow to another instance.
But I don't see an Export XML button anywhere.
How do I migrate?

it should get captured in update set by default.

Is it not happening out of the box?

If I want to migrate an already built flow, how can I capture it?
Does it come with subflows and actions as well?

create an update set, make it your current and capture the flow again

then migrate the update set.

How to capture?
Should I capture from flow designer?
Also, if I update the flow Active and Deactivate, will it all be captured?
