What is the procedure to move Flow to another instance?

I want to move the Flow to another instance.
But I don't see an Export XML button anywhere.
How do I migrate?

that's correct.

Create update set, make it current

Open the flow, make some description etc change, save it, publish it.

It will be captured in update set

Does it come with subflows and actions as well?
