What is the procedure to move Flow to another instance?

I want to move the Flow to another instance.
But I don't see an Export XML button anywhere.
How do I migrate?

Firstly, you need to create an update set and set it as your current update set. Once done, capture the flow again to include any changes made in the update set. Finally, migrate the update set to ensure that the changes are reflected in the target instance. 

To capture changes made to a flow, you should first open the flow and make any necessary updates, such as modifying the description. Once you have made the desired changes, be sure to save the flow before publishing it. By doing so, the changes made will be included in the update set and can be migrated to other instances as needed.
