What is the use of 'personalize_list' role ?. Is that personalize_list role is Licensed or not. How would i know

is the 'personalize_list' role is licensed or not? How would I know

That roles allows a user to configure the list view, create list views and configure the list - layout and includes, I believe, the ability to add fields to the table itself.

Whether a roles is licensed or not depends a number of factors, one of which includes when you obtained your instance from ServiceNow as the terms have changed over the years and sometimes vary from version to version. 

Given what the role lets you do, I would assume "yes" it is a licensed role. 

The best answer is always to check with your SerivceNow Rep to be sure before you plan to use a new roles.

"You can configure a list to choose which columns appear in a list, create list views, and create fields on the table." that last part didn't seem right. Tested it out in New York just to be sure and, no, you can't create fields on the table with only that roles. You can just play around with the lists.

Hi Sriram,

This role is not licensed, it is a base role which Servicenow provides for a user to play with the list view for himself alone.
