Hi,

whats the best practice to provision user roles --> Roles should always be assigned to groups rather than individual users. Also, even if users are not getting created manually, ensure the roles/group granted is done manually. This ensures control over licenses.

What measures i can take to audit and optimize licensed users --> There are number of various options to achieve this. For starters, you can have a weekly report set to have full filler users who have not logged in past week to keep a tab on the same.

While i read through the link, a quick question popped up. Any custom roled user is a fulfiller? even if the custom role doesnt include any other role?
