Hi Team,
When a Change Request is getting created by taking "Planned start date" and "Planned end date" catalog variables from sc_task variables.
there is 10 hours gap difference between change request planned start date timezone with sc_task planned start date variable.
Please suggest inputs how we can remove that difference gap and make as same time.
Regards,
Vineela

Hi @Vineela9
The reason can be the instance time zone is different, as you are picking up value from variable, which like already entered by user irrespective of time zone.
