When diagnose a knowledge base for certain user it show knowledge does not exist.

Hi,

   I have created a knowledge base and have provided the owner and manager for that knowledge base.

once clicking on Run User criteria Diagnostics related link and checked for the same that is same as the owner it shows "knowledge does not exist". Can I know what is the reason for this. Thanks in advance

That property will work when Can Read and Can contribute is not provided. But I have provide can Read for 2 users and can contribute for 2 users.
