When do you use the “KCS Article” template that exists in OOTB?
Is this template intended for internal, specifically ServiceNow instance management users?
I would like to know when to use the “KCS Article” template in OOTB, since a KCS template exists for incidents when using a combination of incidents and the KCS concept.
