When state of RITM changes to Closed Skipped, the approval field is set to Not Yet Requested

Hello, 

I have a catalog item linked to a flow. The flow is configured such that an approval is sent and if it gets rejected, I set the state to closed skipped and stage to request cancelled. The problem im facing here is that the approval got rejected however after the state is changed the approval field on the RITM record gets set to not yet requested. What could be causing this? is there an OOB BR?

Configure the field population in your flow - on rejecte action, set the approval to rejected?
