Can you please provide more information about what exactly you are looking for. 

you are looking for when any booking is done you need a notification to be triggered. How we are getting the notification when any incident record is created. Correct me if i am wrong.

The Question is if you submitted incident state is new then system should send email notification to caller,if we give particular caller ,then system automatically send email to that selected caller
