Where are my connect chat history stored in servicenow instance?

Hi,

Any one can tell me where are my connection chats stored in my instance?

I have checked the "live_message" table and found that each message of my chat is stored as a record in it.  I want the entire chat history to be stored as a single record. Is there a way to achieve this?

As you can see each message i send to the recipient is being added as a record. I need the whole chat in one single record. Is this possible?

Are you using native chat or Virtual agent chat?
