Where is the Division info pulled from?

Would anyone happen to know where the "Division" field pulls its information? I gather that ServiceNow (Rome) gets the user profile info from AD, but does anyone know specifically where it gets the "Division" info.

Well that totally depends on data pull that you do from AD Or may be if you update manually OR some other integration that exists with ServiceNow.

You can check if it pulled from AD or not by looking at corresponding staging table that stores data in ServiceNow that is pulled from AD.
