RITMs, INC, Fulfillment, I have really never heard these terms before.
Where is the learning path, video, whatever, for Learning about the Service Catalog application within Service now?

Hi @LakeB ,
You won’t find any specific learning module for service catalog. But you can search for ITSM foundation course which will give you insight of Incident, change request, Request, problem, knowledge management etc.

Hi @LakeB ,
instead of looking for training material from ServiceNow, I would recommend you to look at ITIL instead. this will give you and overview of the standard ITIL process which you refer here.
