Where to find these ui action config or declarative config

in sow in the right side record information tab this risk card is coming and inside this card these two buttons are coming recalculate risk and assess risk where can i find these two button config's in servicenow?

Where exactly on which table or wheere this config is present for those two buttons i need to check and change something about its behaviour.
Can you please let me know where i can find that i tried to find it declarative actions and ui actions but this is not there.

Hi @Debasis Pati ,

You will find the UI action on 

1. In the Application Navigator, search for and open Risk Conditions (risk_conditions.list).
2. Identify the active risk conditions in the list.
3. (If you want to hide Recalculate Risk button) Open each condition and set the Active field to false, then click Save
