Which role is required to create templates in incident.

Hello Team, 

 

Which role is required to create incident templates. as a admin I have access, but If ITIL user wants an access to create incident templeate which roles is required, Under production documentation I can see Admin roles required.

But I have provided template_editor_global roles user still not getting full access to create template with all fields.

 

Please help which roles i required to provide access.

Hi @B Ashok ,

You will require "Admin" access to create those templates , just template_editor_global roles won't help.

template_editor_global roles can edit the templates already created but not create one.
