While publishing, Subflow shows 2 associated flows even though it has been added to just one flow.

Hello SN Community,
I have created a flow and a subflow for a catalog item. Though I have tagged the subflow to main flow only, I'm getting an informational dialog box as "changes will be applied to 2 flows" while publishing the subflow.
I' am unable to figure out the other flow as no information is visible on the dialog box but just a message:
Number of rows hidden by security constraints: 1
Looking at the message, there's an ACL restriction but I need help to debug this scenario.
Additionally, I have tried detagging and reattaching the subflow but it didn't help.

Hi,
Check whether any temporary flow which is not published is using this Subflow.
Thank you,
Palani

Hi Palani,
No, there isn't any. I checked the backend table (sys_hub_sub_flow_instance).
Thank you.
