Please increase the timeout for these steps from 60 seconds to 600 seconds, and then try again.

No option to put the steps time as 600 seconds because it is restricting to 99 seconds only and i can't able to enter the 3 digits
Please help me out.

If you are running ATF in the client test runner and you lock your screen go look at a different tab it will stop working. that would be my first thought without seeing the step configuration.
You have two options:
1. Setup a computer that you login to remotely that you can disconnect form and it will never lock.
2. Install cloud runner - I find this one harder to use when trying to test out new ATF tests.
