I have an attachment because a picture is worth a 1000 words.....
Issue is that when I log in as an Administrator I can go to Survey Response and see the questions for a specific survey. When I impersonate a person with survey_admin roles those fields are blank. They can see the answers to the questions but have no reference to the answers.
I am sure it is a permissions issue, maybe a ACL or something but I am at a loss. Is this out of box or could something be set incorrect?
Feels like a Douglas Adams issue.... The answer is 42, ok but what is the question?

PRB592228: Questions field shows empty after run results
Description
Upgrading from Berlin to Calgary causes the Survey Questions related list to reference an incorrect table. This issue is not present on instances provisioned on Calgary.
Workaround
Add a role to the read ACL on the Survey Question [question] table.
Alternatively, upgrade to Eureka and migrate legacy surveys to assessment-based surveys.

Title should read "Why can't a survey_admin see survey questions?"" I apologize to all English majors for the double negative.

Found the answer on the support page. We had Berlin and upgraded to Calgary and it started pointing to wrong [question] table.
Just adding it here in case others have same issue.
