Hi Shivam,

You can clear cache (cache.do) and will help you with less response time.

and you may find the below thread helpful to resolve your issue
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-platform-administration/page/administer/core-configuratio...

Hope this helps!

if you are in NY version there is a problem created for this issue PRB1366702

The issue is they on the variables form layout Servicenow added the list table and choice table , which is causing the performance issue . We have the same issue and we open a Hi ticket for that.

SOlution proposed :

The PRB on the slow variable page load: PRB1366702, was updated with the following work-around: Create a form view which does not contain the TableChoiceList fields. If a TableChoiceList field is required, then a view containing the minimum required TCL fields must be created

Hi, a performance issue could have a number of causes.
You should start by reviewing your instance logs, slow scripts and transaction records, to try and understand exactly what your issue is and why it is occuring.

Perhaps start here

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-platform-administration/page/administer/platform-performance/concept/c_TransactionLogResponseTimes.html

Also, personal developer instances are lower spec'd and so a lot slower than commercial production instances.
