Verify that...
- Workflow = Published
- Valid To = (some time in the future)
- Both knowledgebase and category are defined
- knowledge base (base, not record) is active
- knowledge base has Can Read rules that the user in question passes.

Hi ,
I am facing a similar in my instance. The knowledge base and the categories are active and i am facing this issue even as admin user.
though i can see the count of articles next to category in left navigation updated, I am getting no results found message.
Please update anything else needs to be configured in order to make articles visible in Knowledge Homepage.
