Why some I am not able to create problem record from some incidents?

Hi Experts,

    Can you please explain to me why I am not able to open a problem record from some incidents, while I am able to do it with a few other incident records? 

1. Img-1 shows an incident record form not having provision to open a problem record.

Image2 shows contain another incident record form having provision to create a problem record.

Hello, do either of those incidents already have problems? Check the 'Related Records' tab, and check if there is a problem

Thanks Cris, now understood the reason. It already has a problem record attached to it.
