workflow activity timer is not working

Hello Everyone,

Requirement: if condition is matched then task 1 should be generate and after 24 Hrs of time task2 should be generate no matter task1 is closed or not. For this in workflow i am using timer activity. Task1 is creating it waiting for time period mention in timer activity and after that is passes through task 2 but task 2 is not getting create.

Please find attached ss for your reference. When i tried removing timer activity its working properly.

Looks like your first two screenshot of the workflow are the same. Was the second one supposed to the rest of the workflow. You say Task 1 should be created 24 hours when certain conditions apply but based on what I see it only only create 24 hours haver the other task is closed. Can you also note what is task 1 and what is task 2 in your screenshot.
