Using ServiceNow for BRM

Hello,

Is anyone out there using ServiceNow to track Business Relationship Management (BRM) engagements? If so, please describe your process and what module you're using.

I see this has been replied back in 2017.  Is there anyone who uses SN to do BRM work as of now?

We have the same questions and would love to see how we can use ideation, etc.
