The Workflow activity[wf_activity] field is a reference field from Workflow activity[wf_activity] Table

The field wf_activity is Active in our instance . The issue is only for some records

Hi,

I believe that field gets populated when approval is generated from workflows

Can you check whether the records for which it is empty were manually created or created from script and not from workflow
