Workflow not attaching to all RITM'S when ordering multiple items from order guide

Hi Team,
I’m facing an issue with an order guide that includes multiple catalog items, each with its own workflow attached. There is no workflow defined at the order guide level.
When multiple items are ordered together, the corresponding workflow is only attaching to the first RITM. For the remaining RITMs, there is no workflow context, and the “Show Workflow” option is not visible. Additionally, even after the REQ is approved, the state of the other RITMs does not move forward.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Any insights or suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
