Worknotes are not getting updated

Hi Team,

A user had requested me to update one comment in one of the incident.

I have modified the work notes from below 2 tables 

sys_journal_field

sys_audit

After doing the modification, work notes are still showing the old comments for her but when I am impersonating the other users, updated comments are showing in the incident.

Can someone please help me on, why is that happening, I am in a big mess right now.

Hi Ajay,

Can you ask the user to reload the form once, can you try to impersonate the same user and see if the work notes are getting updated.

I have reloaded the form but it's still showing the old comments for her.

Can you share some screenshot of difference when impersonating her and then impersonating the other users.
