Hello All,
We have a query regarding the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace List. We want the options for the Customer category to display only for Admins:
In the List Applicabilities, we attempted to edit the following OOTB option. We changed the role to 'admin' for the application 'CSM Configurable Workspace', but the Account option still appeared. Alternatively, if we change the role to admin for 'CSM-Agent', then the entire Customer category is hidden.
Please advise on how to achieve the requirement where non-admin users should not see the Account and Contact options.

Well, if the new Audience and List Applicability is conflicting with the older one, then you may need to deactivate the latter. However, before making any changes to the OOB configurations, make sure to consult your lead developer and other important stakeholders responsible for managing the SN instance(s). That would be my recommendation based on best practices.
