Workspace options deactivation on Gloabl Search drop drown

Hi Everyone,

I need to deactivate the following two option “CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace” and “Service Operations Workspace” from the global search drop down. Please refer the below screenshot for your reference.

I reached out the ServiceNow support team on this issue. They were suggesting that, create read ACL for "ux_page_property" in ServiceNow. I have tried by creating the ACL but no luck. Could you please help me on this?

Here is the solution: 

1. Navigate to the UX Page Property table using sys_ux_page_property.list 
2. Find the record where Page is set to [Workspace] and Name is 'globalSearchDataConfigId'.

(where [Workspace] is the one you want to hide in Global Search. See below for example of SOW)

3. Delete the particular record.

Note: you should backup the record in case you need to reactivate the functionality in the future. There is unfortunately no way of just deactivating it.

sys_ux_screen.LIST and search the search results default mark inactive . Service operations workspace can remove in the global search
