Wrong button appears when pressing Reverse phase for table called "pm_project"

Hello guys! 

I don't know if I put it under the right Location. I have a problem with a wrong button appearing in the top right corner when the user press on Revert phase, regarding a form for the pm_project table. 

When you press Revert phase, it goes back to the right phase, but the wrong button appears, called "Start project" (as if you are just about to start a project).

It should never say "Start project" from reversing phase, as the project is already started. Instead it should say "Go to planning".

How, and where do I fix this issue?

I don't have any of the buttons/UI Actions you've mentioned in my PDI with the PPM plugin, so I'll assume these are custom actions you have in your environment.  It sounds like you need to include a phase value on your "Start project" and "Go to planning" UI action conditions, so that the correct one appears when the project is in whatever phase "Revert phase" puts it in.
