Z-Boot

Morning All,

I have been given the task of setting up our ServiceNow instances.

However - someone kindly imported over 100 update sets full of junk which has caused a lot of things to break and intefere with each other.

I was told breifly about Z-Boot when I did the ServiceNow System Administration training, however looking into it I can only find reference to requesting a Z-Boot when ServiceNow host the instance.

Our instances are On-Premise. How do I Z-Boot these?

Hi Tom,



AFAIK You would have to contact ServiceNow support and raise an Incident, in order to facilitate the zboot - as maint level access is required.
