Abstract: Come with us on our journey into the world of Application Portfolio Management (APM) at Mayo Clinic. We’ll share our process, wins and challenges as Mayo Clinic rolls out both process and use of the ServiceNow APM module. Understand how the CMDB can be your best friend or worst enemy, how socializing the APM concept can be your biggest roadblock, and how use of the ServiceNow APM module can be your biggest success. The journey of APM and how it can bring value to departments is complex and can be intimidating for your customers. We will share how we learned ways to show value to our customers and justify the time commitment.
