Abstract:
Developing on the ServiceNow platform is exciting! With biannual releases, there are many products to choose from to specialize in. As the ServiceNow platform grows into more non-IT product horizontals, the underlying configuration options is still the same, from Client Scripts, Angular and Bootstrap, to Server API, REST, Scoped API and even AI, having a solid foundation in Development practices is as important as ever.
As a Technical Lead on Implementation projects, I am passionate about sharing the lessons I have learned about my development journey. In this session, I will share my tips and tricks for ServiceNow Development success for developing applications for non-IT and share my journey and lessons learnt in uplifting a legacy on-boarding application on the ServiceNow platform using three core development foundations.
