Abstract: You’ve rolled out ServiceNow and have success stories to prove it. Initially, the number of licensed users was limited to those who would actively work records. But as word gets around and additional use cases are identified, additional users want in, and before you know it, you are WAY out of compliance. It’s great that everyone wants to use the platform, but how to you control the cost? Come hear how Celanese developed a dashboard to show licenses inactive for 30 / 60 / 90 days, created an automatic process informing the user of imminent license removal and how to prevent it, then disables those licenses that are truly unneeded. Now, we know that the licenses assigned are being utilized, eliminating wasted costs.
