In this session, we'll discuss how the ability to design a standardized service offering comprised of REST/SOAP APIs resulted in reduced technical debt and operation support by over 20%, and decreased time to market from months to minutes. With ServiceNow acting as the single cloud platform for Fiat Chrysler Automobile's IT operations, they were challenged to integrate with multiple monitoring and third-party systems that wanted to automatically generate incidents while optimizing maintenance and delivery speed. You'll learn best practices involved in this process and how to identify common patterns and build integrations using ServiceNow import-set APIs.
