Abstract:
To support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) technology modernization initiative, the Enterprise Management/Cyber Security Services (EM/CSS) program is transitioning to a new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform they are calling Service+ (Service-Plus). Attend this session to learn how the capabilities provided by the new platform will positively affect the services that the NGA CIO/Acquisition Organization delivers daily to thousands of users. NGA's objectives are to consolidate, modernize, and automate ITSM processes, as well as improve the accuracy of all IT configuration information, and provide a more intuitive user experience.
