Abstract:
Before Suncor embarked on a large scale ServiceNow deployment, we stepped back to envision what we desire in our future state. We wanted to understand what success looked like and how ServiceNow could help get us there. We landed on a people-first organizational culture enabled in part by a delightful employee experience, of which the HR function must play a critical role in enabling. We developed six personas to represent distinct segments of our workforce, systematically analyzed their needs and behaviors, mapped their moments that matter, and built a holistic transformation strategy to bring it to life. This allowed us to design an optimal user experience. In this workshop we will overview the approach we took to this work and share the output, key lessons learned, and insights to take back to your own organization.
