Abstract:

Learn how the CKW Group, a major Swiss energy company and grid provider, fully automated and integrated self-service and business processes end-to-end using ServiceNow custom apps.

Their solution massively reduces user errors and manual (re-)work and fully automates fulfilment processes end-to-end. It includes local custom PDF capabilities to generate pixel perfect attachments, as well as an integrated output management solution. They have integrated and synced data with internal systems such as their specialized SAP platform and CRM solution, as well as a document management system for archiving. Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a crucial part of the success of the project. Join this session to hear their story.

This large project was delivered agile in time and on budget. We embrace DevOps philosophy and have it built-in from the ground up.
