Abstract:

In regulated businesses (banking, energy, telecoms, pharmaceuticals etc), regulators insist that owners of critical business processes are providing resilient services, particularly where those services have the potential to impact critical national and international infrastructures and capabilities. IBM is helping various clients expose their performance against tolerance levels of a number of aspects of these critical business processes, using ServiceNow as a key enabling toolset.
