Abstract:
Patients today are consumers of care, who are looking for and demanding the same convenience and simplicity for their healthcare needs, as they receive in other areas of their lives. Delivering this experience is key. Providers want opportunities to engage health consumers through tailored experiences, promote adoption of innovative services, and increase member satisfaction and retention.
