Most large organizations have effective top-down risk management processes. Executives define the top risks for the organization and drive risk mitigation programs against each one. The challenge is connecting the risks seen across the organization at a working level and tracking these to the corporate risks. By using ServiceNow Risk Management, Vodafone was able to validate, reinforce, and enhance the top-down risks.
