Abstract:

Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is a global leader in cystic fibrosis prevention with more than 3000 employees. Study management is an important part of the process, involving collaboration across several departments within R&D to maintain and manage changes to their studies. This process was lengthy and cumbersome due to the limitation aspects of certain tools and a lack of structure in design. With ServiceNow, Vertex was able to leverage workflows, integrations, and reports to strengthen the process and create an application that could easily be used across the R&D space.

In this session, Vertex will show how a custom application can be built to fine-tune a pharmaceutical business process that increases efficiency through automation. Attendees will learn how to:
