Session Code: BRE1494
Presenter(s): Lindsey
Company(s): US Agency for International Development
Abstract:
USAID is a government agency responsible for administering civilian foreign aid globally. In 2015, HR conducted customer satisfaction surveys which revealed that HR was not providing a good service experience for its employees using legacy tools and disparate systems. As a result, HR set out to raise the bar and improve the HR service experience for employees when handling the moments that matter most.
Join USAID's Lindsey Willis, division chief of Systems Management Division, and hear how they have created a one-stop shop using ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solution. Discover how the first-ever, enterprise-wide self-service employee center is supporting the needs of USAID employees across the globe for everything from HR to IT and all things in between. This session will offer lessons learned, best practices, and how to build a consumer-style employee service center. Also learn about USAID's plans to expand their ServiceNow usage to tackle cross-departmental employee services like onboarding and global moves.
