Session Code: LAB0222
Presenter(s): Vadim, Ori
Company(s): ServiceNow, ServiceNow
Abstract:
The objective of this session is to show how to use ServiceNow Event Management machine learning to automatically group alerts in real time in order to reduce noise of huge number of alerts. This helps NOC operators get a clear picture of alert clustering and provides a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for each alert group.
In the latest Madrid version, we've added new tools and visual reports to allow users to understand the reasoning behind alert grouping and see the history of alerts behavior along the timeline. The session teaches you how to configure automatic alert grouping, how to fine-tune it, and how to view the reasoning of grouping specific alerts together.
