Abstract: Using digital technologies and workflows to empower its workforce is a key goal of the National Stock Exchange of India, the third-largest Stock Exchange in the world by transaction volumes. By deploying ServiceNow IT Service Management, SecOps, GRC and Discovery, we are implementing changes such as digitizing and automating currently manual workflows to resolve incidents and problems – including escalations as needed – up to 4x faster now. We have a digital, mobilized workforce able to lodge service tickets and monitor progress anywhere at any time. We are also able to view and analyze service management data to identify opportunities for improvement.
