Abstract:
PepsiCo implemented ServiceNow on September 9, 2018 to transform their service portal and associated business processes. Branded myIT Services, the end user portal is available in nine languages and leveraged by 250,000 users globally.
PepsiCo’s objective was to streamline their IT operations with a single system of record and standardize and automate their IT service management processes, while transforming their end user experience.

- Training delivered to more than 6,500 IT users and communications to the 250,000 user base

- Over 45,000 portal and chat sessions in the first three months post go-live
